Today, we received information from Our Neighbor regarding two very special ministries that St. Matthew United Methodist Church in Weston, WV will be helping to participate in this year—Our Neighbor Food Baskets and Our Neighbor Coat Drive.
These are very important ministries that directly help impact our community. The food baskets help feed needy families during the holidays and the coats and jackets help keep little ones in need protected from the harsh winter.
We ask that you please help in any way that you can—a little bit can go a long way. Below is the detailed information on how you can help participate.
Our Neighbor Food Baskets
The items needed for the Our Neighbor Food Baskets are boxes of dressing, instant potatoes, canned milk, jello, cake mix, icing mix, fruit cocktail, canned fruit, and gravy packets. Items need to be dropped off in the annex of St. Matthew United Methodist Church in Weston, WV by 12 p.m. on Sun., Dec. 5.
Our Neighbor Coat Drive
Our neighbor needs children’s coats. Please donate new or gently used coats. They may be dropped off at the church or taken directly to Our Neighbor.
